Delivery Information


All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept:

Orders normally are shipped in 1-3 business day after being placed ( if you not order on weekend, we normally ship out in 1-2 days )

We use UPS, DHL, EMS and others as our air express service company, it takes 5-7 days to ship across the U.S., so normally you will receive you order in about 6-10 days after you place the order.

** Please note:

1)     Processing time and shipping time excludes weekends and statutory holidays when our warehouse and the mail carriers are closed.

2)     The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order.

3)     If there are more than one color for some items, items will be shipped out randomly, sometimes will not be exactly the same with the photo represented on the website.


Order Tracking


After the shipment, air express B/L with tracking number will be sent to you via email, you can track your order on the website of air express service provider:

Actually you don't have to track you order by yourself, our customer service people will send you online tracking information very day by emails after your tracking information is online. So you only need to check your email, you will know the status of your package and estimate when your package will arrive at your address.


Undeliverable Packages


Please verify that your shipping information entered and contact number are correct. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that air express company can not reach the consignee. Due to the shipping is international delivery, there will be stocking charge if they can not reach the consignee after 3 days, and customers have to pay the charge after they collect the products. So please make sure you shipping address and the telephone number are correct.


Items out of stock


Occasionally, an item may be out of stock from the manufacturer. 
Our procedures for out of stock items are as follows: 

1) Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the backordered product arrives, or request a substitution be made, as normally our back orders can arrive in 48 hours. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. 

2) If we have shipped out your order without the backordered product and it becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded the amount of the item and the shipping difference (if applicable) back to via PayPal or deposit the amount into your account, so you can spend it your next order, or send the out of stock items in your next order. Our customer service people will contact you and confirm with you when this case happen.


Return Policy


All items are checked by our QC before shipped to you customers, so we promise all the products we ship out are in good quality and condition. In case you receive items are defective or broken during the transportation, we will be happy to exchange the items or refund to you.


Defective Items


In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 30 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product. 

Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement. 

Please note, you must email us within 30 days of receiving the product as the manufacturer offers a 30 day warranty with all unused items. Beyond 30 days and the manufacturer will not replace the item.

Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. In some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.
